So maybe you are stuck at home.  Christmas Vacation- can't make your normal workout time or schedule because you have to worry about everyone else and its hard to put you first.  So Here is a quicky for you to go for at home!  Bootylicious Bodacious Butt Kicker Warm up- 2 rounds through 15 squats 15 pushups 15 Jumping jacks The Workout... 20 Curtsy Lunges 20 Squat Jumps 20 1 legged Hip raises per/side 50 Mountain Climbers 50 Bent Leg Dirty Dogs Per side Set Clock for 20 minutes. As many rounds as you can.  GO for it ladies!!!Comment IF YOU KICKED this workouts BEHIND.  DOn't let it kick yours.  And if you are wondering, if you are reading this and don't try it-- it kicked yours!
