So maybe you are stuck at home. Christmas Vacation- can't make your normal workout time or schedule because you have to worry about everyone else and its hard to put you first. So Here is a quicky for you to go for at home!
Bootylicious Bodacious Butt Kicker
Warm up- 2 rounds through
15 squats
15 pushups
15 Jumping jacks
The Workout...
20 Curtsy Lunges
20 Squat Jumps
20 1 legged Hip raises per/side
50 Mountain Climbers
50 Bent Leg Dirty Dogs Per side
